Does cookware material get into your food?

Question: Does cookware material get into your food?

I'm just curious - when cooking in pots and pans and other objects, does some of it get into our food? Or plates and even cups material?

Yes but in such small quantities that it's negligible...

Uncoated copper and aluminum can contaminate certain foods. And even if the copper or aluminum is/ was coated, it can become pitted or scratched thus still leak into the foods. articlealley.com/ article_1166677_26.html Certain pottery may contain lead, even those that are shaped like plates and cups, so they are not recommended for food - so you have to read the label or find out the type of clay used and the glazing, if any to make sure there is no lead. thedailygreen.com/ healthy-eating/ eat-safe/ cookware-safety-44020108
